Jake Paul is back … on social media.
Since we know “El Gallo” is still suspended in the wake of his second jaw surgery after getting his face rearranged by Anthony Joshua to close out 2025, his upcoming announcement won’t have anything to do with his return to the squared circle and I doubt his recycled sparring footage posted to X has convinced anyone otherwise.
But he gave us a “haha” and a playfully evil emoji so let’s just play along, I guess.
Not surprisingly, fans are slaughtering him in the comment section of his post.
Paul has been trying to get some cheap headlines with his fake Francis Ngannou beef but is expected to make his return to cruiserweight at some point in early 2027. Until then, expect to see the 29 year-old Paul make the requisite appearances for upcoming MVP events, like “Rousey vs. Carano” on May 16 in Los Angeles.
Speaking of MVP, sounds like promotion has an announcement of its own on the way.
