The Jets fell to 1-1 in Week 2 as the Green Bay Packers rallied from 10 points down in the fourth quarter to force overtime. The Packers were able to outplay the Jets in all three phases of the game in the final 10 minutes of regulation and overtime.
Blame for the loss does not entirely fall on the Jets’ defense. In fact, Green Bay’s tying field goal that forced overtime was set up by a long punt return that immediately put the Packers into field goal range. The Jets’ defense did well to hold up and
force a field goal. The unit also stood up after the Jets were stopped on a fourth down near midfield near the end of regulation.
So this video should not be viewed as an overall condemnation of the game the defense played. But in case you were interested in the plays the Packers executed down the stretch against the Jets defense to win it, here is a video breakdown I produced.
