The conclusion to the 2025-2026 NBA season is upon us with this NBA Finals matchup between the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks. Here’s the conference finals thread if you have any carryover discussions.

- Game 2, Friday, June 5th in San Antonio
- Game 3, Monday, June 8th in New York
- Game 4, Wednesday, June 10th in New York
- Game 5 (if needed), Saturday, June 13th in San Antonio
- Game 6 (if needed), Tuesday, June 16th in New York
- Game 7 (if needed), Friday, June 19th in San Antonio
All games start at 7:30 pm CST and all games will be on ABC.
Before the series starts, my money has to be on the Spurs. For as good as the Knicks are playing, I don’t believe the competition they’ve faced in the playoffs have been any good. Now, that’s not the Knicks fault but the Spurs have played
extremely competitive series that have required them to dig out of holes. The Knicks have been destroying teams.
One area I do expect the Knicks to exert some will is in rebounding. Victor Wembanyama has to come ready to own the glass, no matter how far away New York may pull him from the basket. The guard matchup between these two teams ought to be outstanding.
