Some say that Bayern Munich is successful that it prints money.
Well, not quite, but the Bavarians were extremely success for the 2024/25 season. In fact, Bayern Munich generated the third most revenue
(€860.6 million) behind only Real Madid (€1.161 billion) and FC Barcelona (€974.8 million).
The Deloitte Football Money League calculates revenue based on the annual,, reported income from football operations (excluding player transfer fees, VAT, and other sales taxes). The total revenue is broken down into three primary streams: Matchday (tickets, hospitality), Broadcast (TV rights, UEFA distributions), and Commercial (sponsorships, merchandising).
If you were wondering if Bayern Munich experienced a spike, Deloitte said that additional television revenue made a difference:
Bayern Munich (€861m) rounded off the top three, rising two places from last year on the back of an increase in broadcast revenue from its participation in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Bayern Munich was up 12% from its showing in the previous Deloitte Money League standings.
