We all know that the owners are going to be pushing for a salary cap during the upcoming negotiations. However, thanks to some owner leaking things to the outside, now we can start to see some numbers.
This is interesting because it talks about not just a cap, but also a floor, something that would have to go hand in hand with each other
should they even be remotely discussed during the negotiations.
