The two best teams in the Big 12 the previous two years will meet at least twice more this coming season.
Arizona and Houston will play a home-and-home series as part of the Big 12’s 18-game conference schedule, which had its pairings announced on Thursday. The Wildcats will also play home and away against ASU and BYU, as was the case in 2025-26 when they also had a home-and-home with Kansas.
Houston, whom the UA beat for the Big 12 Conference Tournament title last March after the result was the opposite
in 2025, is the marquee opponent on Arizona’s home conference slate. The Wildcats will also host ASU, Baylor, BYU, Colorado, Kansas, TCU, UCF and Utah.
Arizona’s road league slate, besides return games to ASU, BYU and Houston, features trips to Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and West Virginia. It lost at ISU, KSU and Texas Tech during the 2024-25 season.
The order of the matchups, with specific dates, times and TV info, will be released at a later date. The Big 12 slate is expected to begin the first weekend of January.
