The upcoming UFC 323 pay-per-view (PPV) event will feature the bantamweight championship headliner between Merab Dvalishvili (c) and Petr Yan, a rematch from their UFC Las Vegas main event that saw “The Machine” unplug “No Mercy” across all five rounds. The action gets underway on Sat., Dec. 6, 2025 from inside the familiar T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Referee Marc Goddard will oversee the “Merab vs. Yan 2” main event, according to a report from MMA Fighting, with judges Mike Bell, Derek Cleary
and Eric Colon scoring the bout from cageside. Prior to that, referee Herb Dean will complement judges Sal D’Amato, Chris Lee, and Ron McCarthy for the Alexandre Pantoja (c) vs. Joshua Van flyweight championship co-main event.
“A finish would be good,” Dvalishvili told MMA Junkie. “But we all know nobody was able to finish Petr Yan. He has some split (decision) losses before, and I think only unanimous decision loss against me. Otherwise, he only lost by decision, so he’s good. I’m just focusing on this fight: Get healthy, and win this fight. That’s all I want. But a finish would be sweet.”
