What is the story about?
The first day of the post-season is in the books, and most of the games were pretty dull. The only excitement came in Atlanta, where the Braves came back late to take their opener. But elsewhere, the White Sox took the lead in the first inning, and never led by less than three from the middle of the second. The evening games were then totally uncompetitive, with the Yankees and Padres winning in blowouts, each holding their opponents to just three hits. Let’s hope for something a bit more attention
