The Texas Rangers didn’t score a run but the Washington Nationals scored six runs.
Everything that was fun and nice and enjoyable about last night’s game was immediately extinguished by tonight’s game. It was a complete reversal of an experience down to a nearly fully flipped final score.
The Rangers are hope vampires hunched over a desiccated corpse with a silly straw jammed in its neck.
Player of the Game: Did the Rangers have a good baseball player tonight? Kumar Rocker allowed two runs in five innings.
That’s not bad. The problem is, once he allowed the first run, it felt like the Rangers were down 10-0 and it only got worse from there.
