This is the live blog for Khamzat Chimaev vs. Dillon Danis, the main event for RAF 10 on Saturday night at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Mo.
A former UFC middleweight champion, Chimaev signed with RAF when he still held the UFC’s 185-pound title, but dropped it shortly after to Sean Strickland. A three-time Swedish national champion, Chimaev is known for his wrestling skills, but now takes them to the RAF mats for the first time.
A former world champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Danis rose to prominence
through his association with Conor McGregor and became one of combat sports’ biggest lightning rods, drawing fans and critics across multiple disciplines. Danis made his RAF debut at RAF 7, losing to Colby Covington via Tech Fall, but giving a good accounting for himself despite his lack of wrestling experience.
