Day three of the 2026 NFL Draft is underway and the Miami Dolphins are making the seventh of their scheduled 13 picks. Deep in the fourth round, Miami held the 130th-overall pick and have added Texas edge rusher Trey Moore.
The Dolphins will be hoping Moore can immediately establish himself as a complement opposite Chop Robinson in Miami’s re-tooled defense under new head coach Jeff Hafley.
Miami’s previous selections have included tackle Kadyn Proctor and cornerback Chris Johnson in the first round,
linebacker Jacob Rodriguez in the second round, and wide receiver Caleb Douglas, tight end Will Kacmarek, and wide receiver Chris Bell in the third round.
Moore started his college career at the University of Texas – San Antonio before moving over to UT-Austin. In five years, he recorded 104 tackles with 30.5 sacks, one interception, five forced fumbles, and five fumble recoveries.
Miami is back on the clock with the 138th pick.
