Per usual, Nebraska has chosen to take
the first game of the regional instead of the prime time slot. They like to get as much time between games as possible between games to help with pitching, which is the all important thing to come out of a regional. It also helps to lessen the chance of weather affecting your game and potentially even pushing it to the next day. And as our Oregon friends reminded us last week, weather can be a big issue in the Midwest!
