In Sunday’s NBA action, Charlotte, Dallas and Cleveland were in action.
Cooper Flagg and Dallas won for the first time, winning 139-129 over Toronto. Flagg finished with 22 points on 8-14/2-6. He also had
four rebounds and four assists and no turnovers. Former Blue Devil and current teammate Derrick Lively had four points, seven rebounds, four assists and three blocks.
For Toronto, former Blue Devils Brandon Ingram and RJ Barrett did well, finishing with 22 and 16 respectively.
Kon Knueppel started again for the Hornets and finished with 20 points on 7-12/5-9 in Charlotte’s 139-113 win over Washington. He also grabbed six rebounds and had two assists.
Former Duke teammate Sion James got 20 minutes off the bench and while defense is his calling card, he got 13 points on 4-7/3-4. He also had three assists.
