Ranger Suarez returns from a brief stint on the injured list and will take on Kevin Gausman. Toronto ranks 29th in wRC+ against left-handed pitchers, giving Suarez a potentially soft landing spot in his first start since July 5th. The Red Sox are familiar with Gausman, though they missed him in the first two series against the Blue Jays.
