Kirill Tereshin is known as “Russian Popeye” for having giant arms.
Unfortunately for the 29 year-old influencer, those arms were made from synthol injections, not weight lifting, which has resulted in painful
medical complications over the years. It also did little to help Tereshin succeed in MMA, where he got annihilated by some old guy a few years back in Abakan.
I didn’t give him the “Popeye” nickname so please skip the anatomy lesson.
Tereshin, who also calls himself “Bazooka Arms,” had enough sense to remove the injections from his face, so he no longer looks like the bride of Pennywise. As for his arms … well; that appears to be a work in progress. That said, Tereshin insists reports claiming he’s facing near-fatal necrosis (as well as arm amputation) are false.
“Everything is fine with me, the tests went really well,” Tereshin said on YouTube. “My arms are well enough for skin graft surgery, it will happen this week. They made up this false information. Before you listen to the Internet, first find out whether it’s true or not and don’t listen to these fairy tales.”
Once again proving there are no fairy tales in MMA.
