The official time of the stoppage was 0:50 into Round 3.
Chizov (13-3) defeated Claudio Pacella and Mark Ewen to book his spot in Saturday’s tournament final. He is now 4-2 in PFL.
Hughes (12-3) scored a pair of knockouts over Gino van Steenis and Sebastien Di Franco en route to the final, but sees his PFL record fall to 5-3.
