It is championship weekend for college football! Conference championships will be decided today and the FCS playoffs are in the second round. My Jackrabbits got QB1, Chase Mason, back in time for the playoffs (whew!).
They face a tough draw, traveling to Montana to take on the Griz. Former Jackrabbit head coach, Jimmy Rogers, stopped for one year at Washington State and is now Iowa State’s head coach after Matt Campbell headed to Penn State.
Okay, I’ve probably exhausted your patience with my Jackrabbit information…
In the Power Four conferences, we get to see BYU and Texas Tech (Big 12) at 11 am (central), Georgia and Alabama, again (SEC) at 3 pm, Duke and Virgina (ACC) at 7 pm and the the one most of us will probably we watching in Ohio State and Indiana (Big Ten), also at 7 pm.
This evening, the NCAA volleyball tournament continues with the Huskers hosting Kansas State at 7 pm. I wish we could put these together as a multiview in Youtube TV. My TV doesn’t have the multiview feature (at least I haven’t found it yet).
I’ll probably also be putting up Christmas decorations while my husband grumbles about our TV only being able to play sports. What a grinch! Who needs Christmas music when you have marching bands!
