Two of the absolute best boxers in the world — pound-for-pound great and current undisputed Super Middleweight champion, Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, and undefeated (41-0) WBA and vacant WBO interim Light Middleweight champion, Terence Crawford — will lock horns TONIGHT (Sat., Sept. 13, 2025) inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada in one of the most anticipated fights of the decade.
The two men will be fighting on Netflix for a lot of money and glory, as the winner gets a huge boost to his already-impressive
resume, to go along with all of the shiny hardware that comes with a win, including this ring. Crawford will be going up a couple of weight classes in search of his whale, the big win that has been missing from his resume. Alvarez, meanwhile, looks to add one more big name to his already impressive list of victims in his storied boxing career.
In the co-main event of the evening, Callum Walsh will face off against Fernando Vargas, Jr., while Christian Mbilli will put his interim WBC Super Middleweight title on the line, as well as his undefeated record of 29-0 against Lester Martinez (19-0).
Many readers check in before, during and after the fights to share their thoughts on all of the action, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. ET on YouTube. Feel free to leave a comment (or several) about the bouts and chat with all the other Maniacs during the show — it’s always a lot of fun!
