With a massive sale of attacker Yan Diomandé on the horizon, RB Leipzig is already spending the cash that will likely be coming in from Real Madrid for the 19-year-old winger.
To help compensate for that loss, RB Leipzig is reportedly acquiring striker Fisnik Asllani from Hoffenheim per Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg:
🚨💥 Fisnik Asllani to RB Leipzig – DONE DEAL ✔️
Full agreement reached with TSG Hoffenheim. Transfer fee: around €25m.
The 23 y/o promising striker is set to sign a contract
until 2031. His medical is scheduled to begin on Thursday in Salzburg. He was already spotted at Hotel Sacher today. Asllani was the top target for everyone involved at RB.

Asllani, who was linked to Bayern Munich last season, should slot into a potent attacking group with RB Leipzig. The 23-year-old attacker started to garner interest last season across Europe as Hoffenheim got off to a torrid start. Even FC Barcelona was rumored to want the striker.
Despite, Hoffenheim’s poor second half, Asllani still excelled and put himself in position for this kind of move.
