The TCU Horned Frogs will be without starting running back Kevorian Barnes, wide receiver Ed Small and kicker Kyle Lemmermann for their Big 12 Conference road game against BYU on Saturday night. Both teams
published their injury reports Wednesday evening. Kickoff for Saturday night’s game in Provo is set for 9:15 p.m. central. Below is the full injury report for both the Horned Frogs (6-3, 3-3 Big 12) and Cougars.
Barnes struggled in the home loss against Iowa State, rushing for just 25 yards on 15 carries after going for only 27 yards on eight carries during TCU’s road win over West Virginia. With Barnes sidelined, TCU will lean on Trent Battle and Jeremy Payne to shoulder the rushing load on Saturday. Small will be missing his third straight game, while Lemmermann will be sidelined for a ninth consecutive game. Tight end Lafayette Kaiuway and cornerback Elijah Jackson are also listed as “OUT” for Saturday’s game against the Cougars.
