Tucker Kraft was a rampaging force in the first half of the Packers’ 2025 season. Through seven games, Kraft had caught 30 passes for 469 yards and six touchdowns, putting him on pace to shatter virtually
every tight end-related receiving record in Packers history.
And then, like so many players in Green Bay this season, an injury ended it all. A torn ACL put Kraft on the shelf from Week 9 onward, depriving the Packers of one of their best players and leaving fans wondering what could have been.
That question, what could have been, will haunt players and fans alike this offseason, but Kraft appears to already be dialed in on next year. His dynamic, powerful game figures to again be a fixture in the Packers’ offense in 2026, and regardless of what happened this season, Kraft appears ready to give it his all when he’s able to hit the field again.
It’s as good a place as the Packers could hope to be at this point. Yes, 2025 didn’t shake out how anyone hoped, but there’s nothing to be done than to try to come back stronger again next year. That’s what Kraft is working toward, and it’s a good example to follow.
