What is the story about?
Here we go. The last road game of the year for our boys. Can we avoid the sweep at the hands of a playoff contender?
It’s Jack Perkins on the mound today for our A’s. He’s had his ups and plenty of downs this year so hopefully he can end his season on a high note today. He should be able to sneak in one more start after this one, but we’ll see.
The Athletics’ lineup:
They’ll be going against Cleveland right-hander Gavin Williams. One of the Guardians’ top arms,
Williams provides a challenge for the A’s offense. Can they figure him out?
