In the NFL’s Week 18, the (6-10) Kansas City Chiefs will go on the road to play the (2-14) Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium. Late on Sunday evening, the league will announce its schedule for 2025’s final 16 games.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, Kansas City has opened as a 4.5-point favorite in the game.
In Week 17, the Chiefs opened as 11.5-point underdogs against the Denver Broncos in the Christmas nightcap, ultimately losing 20-13. The Raiders are coming off a 34-10 loss to the New York Giants.
The longtime AFC West rivals have both had seasons they would like to forget in 2025. The Chiefs are riding a five-game losing streak, while the Raiders have lost 10 straight.
Both teams will be missing their biggest superstars — and one of the NFL’s best individual rivalries. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes will miss his third game after tearing his ACL and LCL on December 14th. On the other side of the field, the Raiders will be without star defensive end Maxx Crosby after placing him on IR this week.
The Chiefs hosted the Raiders on October 19th. Kansas City recorded a decisive 31-0 victory in its most complete performance of the season. Both teams will be playing for pride in the season’s final week — although draft position will be a factor in the 134th all-time matchup between the clubs.
