WWE Night of Champions is officially sold out, according to Turki Alalshikh, the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia.
His Excellency shared the news Wednesday on X, telling fans, “See you on June 27.” His post also included the poster for the event, which read “Sold out” on the front, and featured several prominent WWE superstars, including World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns
.On Tuesday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer told Bryan Alvarez that Reigns had neither been announced nor advertised for Night of Champions. While addressing initial confusion surrounding Reigns’ schedule in June, Meltzer said, “I don’t know what it means for the Saudi Arabia show.”
Earlier this month, Meltzer reported that Reigns wouldn’t be working the next Saudi show, hence why he was pulled from TV appearances in June. Meltzer later stated that Reigns would be off WWE programming until July for the build to SummerSlam.
Since then, WWE has confirmed that Reigns will be appearing on three episodes of Raw in June. His Excellency’s post continues to hype Reigns’ return to the country where he won the 2026 Royal Rumble in January. Tickets for Night of Champions went on sale near the end of April, with advertising featuring Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Oba Femi, among others.
At the beginning of May, several outlets reported that WWE had announced Reigns would appear on Raw throughout June. Within days, new reports claimed he had been pulled from those dates. The confusion ultimately stemmed from what PWInsider described as a “clerical error” on WWE’s side.
On Cinco de Mayo, WWE dropped an updated May schedule for Reigns, which included Clash In Italy. This past Monday, WWE released Reigns’ list of appearances for Raw in June. Per its post, Reigns would be at Raw on June 1 in Turin, the day after Clash In Italy. After that, he’d be on to Baltimore on June 15 and Atlantic City on June 29.
As His Excellency’s post shows, Reigns seems destined to appear again on June 27, assuming the show goes on as planned given the current conflict between the U.S. and Iran.
And of course, we must always remember: Card subject to change.
