Fight fans witnessed a gnarly finish early Saturday (April 25, 2026) after a kickboxer sparked GLORY 107’s DAZN undercard with a spectacular knockout stoppage.
GLORY’s Saturday event from inside RTM Stage Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands, featured a ton of fun matchups, but the best moment may have come on the opening bout of the day. It was a welterweight clash between Italian finisher Michael Samperi and Moroccan fighter Said Kabil. The 170-pound fight wasn’t some super matchup on paper, but it
delivered on arrival.
After a fun first round, Samperi found a home for the finish many expected him to produce. During an exchange along the ropes Samperi unloaded a perfectly-timed (and placed) left hook. It connected flush and instantly sent Kabil into the shadow realm. Surprisingly, Kabil didn’t fall to the canvas. He was out on his feet and it helped produce one of the most memorable GLORY finishes of the year.

Samperi, 25, was making his GLORY kickboxing debut and couldn’t have looked any better. The finish is easily the best of his career and a win that now pushes Samperi’s professional record to 37-3.
