Good morning, Chargers fans!
Or…maybe not-so good morning, actually.
NFL insider Mike Garafolo made a pitstop on Good Morning Football Wednesday morning to report on his latest info regarding Tyler Biadasz’s injury at Tuesday’s joint practice. Per Garafolo, Biadasz is expected to time well into the season, saying fans should expect a “long-term” absence due to several ligaments being damaged.
This news is not all that surprising given the video making rounds on social media of the injury, but it hurts nonetheless. Luckily the Chargers drafted Slaughter and there’s potentially only a small drop-off in potential for the year. At least, that’s what we will tell ourselves to cope.
Other medical professionals who gave input on the injury on social media believe he has a chance to return in November, but I won’t allow myself to hope to that degree.
And now for today’s links.
