The Cleveland Cavaliers are going from playing one of the best teams in the NBA to playing one of the worst. Everything that could go wrong for the Indiana Pacers has since Game 6 of the Finals. This includes
losing superstar Tyrese Haliburton for an entire season with an Achilles injury.
This will be the Cavs’ third NBA Cup group stage game. They’re second in their group right now with a record of 1-1. A big win against Indiana would go a long way in helping them either get back into a race with the top of the group or lay claim to one of the conference’s wild card spots. The Cavaliers currently have a +22 differential thanks to a dominant win over the Washington Wizards.
