The Lucha Brothers are back in AAA.
Penta and Fenix made a surprise appearance at the AAA television taping on Saturday night (Nov. 22, 2025) to challenge Los Gringos Locos 2.0.
The main event for the evening
was Dominik Mysterio & El Grande Americano versus Hijo del Vikingo & Dragon Lee. Prior to the contest, Dirty Dom proclaimed his team as the new Gringos Locos.
The original Los Gringo Locos were Art Barr and Eddie Guerrero. Like father, like son.
Los Gringo Locos 2.0 were handed the win after Vikingo betrayed his partner. Dragon Lee reached out for the desperation tag, and Vikingo left him hanging. Vikingo kicked Dragon Lee in the head too. Dominik took advantage for a 619, and El Grande Americano added a headbutt for the win.
After the match, El Sucio de los Sucios flapped his big mouth to say no team is on the level of Los Gringos Locos 2.0. That’s when the Lucha Brothers appeared on the big screen. They criticized those posers who don’t know a thing about lucha libre, Mexico, or tag team wrestling. Penta and Fenix challenged Dom and EGA to a match at Guerra de Titanes on December 20 from Guadalajara, Mexico. Challenge accepted.
