The unthinkable has happened — Bayern Munich’s top four goalkeepers are all injured.
Manuel Neuer is battling a calf issue, Jonas Urbig has a concussion, Leon Klanac has a muscular injury (Bild lists it as a thigh, Transfermarkt is reporting a hamstring), and now, Sven Ulreich now has a muscle tear per a release from Bayern Munich.
Ulreich sustained the injury in Bayern Munich’s 1-1 draw with Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday.
This is less than ideal for the stretch run of the season — especially considering
the team plays Atalanta in the Champions League on Wednesday:

Sven Ulreich suffered a torn muscle bundle in his right adductor during the Bundesliga away game on Saturday at Bayer Leverkusen.

Get well soon, Ulle! 🍀
Just a few hours ago, Bild (via @iMiaSanMia) reported that Ulreich underwent a scan before the club made the announcement:
Ulreich will undergo a scan today to determine the extent of the injury. Manuel Neuer’s comeback is planned after the international break. A decision regarding Jonas Urbig will be made after further tests. Even the usual number 4 goalkeeper Leon Klanac has been sidelined for some time with a thigh injury.
Bild (via @iMiaSanMia) is reporting that Ulreich is out six weeks as well.
Barring a return to action for Neuer or Urbig, either Jannis Bärtl (19) or Leonard Prescott (16) would have to start against Atalanta on Wednesday in the Champions League.
It is conceivable that Urbig could be ready if his concussion symptoms have improved.
