Natalia Silva is the brand new UFC women’s flyweight champion after she outlasted Wang Cong in the main event of UFC 332, but there’s no doubt that the shadow of Valentina Shevchenko looms largely over the division, and Silva’s championship reign. But Silva did get Shevchenko to break her silence, and vowed to return to try and reclaim what she feels is rightfully her’s.
Following UFC 332, MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck and Jed Meshew react to the event, Silva’s clear-cut win over Wang, and interest levels
in a Silva vs. Shevchenko matchup. Additionally, they discuss Payton Talbott running over Deiveson Figueiredo with ease in the co-main event, King Green continuing his protest of the stoppage loss to Esteban Ribovics, Roberto Soldic’s octagon debut, other standout moments and performances, UFC broadcasters having a victory lap after the event, and more.
