His last start was in the Giants’ 15-3 loss to the Colorado Rockies on Friday, in which he allowed seven runs on 11 hits with two strikeouts and two walks in three innings.
He’ll be facing off against Blue Jays right-hander Dylan
Cease, who enters today’s game with a 2.79 ERA, 2.27 FIP, with 137 strikeouts to 41 walks in 90.1 innings pitched. His last start was in the Blue Jays’ 2-0 win over the Seattle Mariners on Friday, in which he allowed just three hits and a walk with nine strikeouts in seven innings.
