Hook is coming back soon. AEW teased two vignettes in two weeks for the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil.
The first one was a play on the Bat-Signal shining in the night’s sky.
The second was animation jones with Hook action figures suplexing for supremacy above the FTW Championship case. True to character, one of the Hookers was snacking on chips.

Hook has been out of action since April due to recovering from a concussion. He made a surprise appearance at Double or Nothing in May to help The Opps in Anarchy in the Arena, but it looked like he had beef with Samoa Joe. That would seem to be where Hook’s story picks up upon his return.
The Opps defend the AEW World Trios Championship against NJPW’s War Dogs on the Forbidden Door pre-show, so we’ll see if Hook makes his presence felt in London for the PPV event.
