The Pittsburgh Steelers are 1-1 and enter Week 3 of the season trying to stay above .500. They will have a difficult task in doing so, as they will travel to New England to face the Patriots – a place they haven’t won since 2008.
Ahead of that, Mike Tomlin provided health updates on several key contributors in his weekly press conference. Arguably the most notable name who still hasn’t seen the field is rookie first-round pick Derrick Harmon, who may miss yet another game this week.
Tomlin classified
Harmon as questionable as he continues to recover from an MCL sprain he sustained in the preseason finale against the Carolina Panthers. Pittsburgh was hopeful the Oregon product would miss just one game, but he is now in danger of missing his third consecutive contest.
Considering that players listed as questionable tend not to play that week more than they do under Tomlin, this isn’t the best sign in terms of Harmon’s availability for Week 3.
