The hype around the 2026 Cincinnati Bengals team is building more and more each day as the new season quickly approaches.
The Bengals reconstructed the defensive side of the ball and kept the offense entirely intact for the 2026 season.
It is clear the front office went all in this offseason, and the ball is now in the players’ and coaches’ court to go out and execute this year.
Joe Burrow recently shared his thoughts on the importance of 2026 in an interview with Adam ’Pacman’ Jones.
“I think we got
to go make it happen. If we don’t make it happen, then we don’t have no excuses. Nobody to blame but ourselves,” Burrow said.
I don’t believe this season is a ‘now or never’ caliber year for the Bengals, but getting back into the postseason is the absolute bare minimum.
The Bengals have not made the postseason in the past three years, and the clock is ticking, whether we want to admit it or not, with Burrow entering Year 7 in the NFL.
The defense is revamped, the entire offensive line has returned, and Burrow is healthy… There are no excuses for Zac Taylor and company.
