The Las Vegas Raiders have their fans patiently waiting for the announcement of their next head coach. It has been a long wait, with the team reviewing a long list of candidates, but they have their eyes
on one candidate.
That man is Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak. Kubiak has become a star after helping lead the Seahawks offense to the Super Bowl. His talent as a playcaller was on full display during the NFC Championship game, where Sam Darnold threw for 346 yards and three touchdowns. Raiders minority owner Tom Brady was in the booth for the game got to see the magic in person.
On Saturday, the Raiders conducted their interview with Kubiak and went into the night. It was announced that it was complete Saturday night, with Jordan Schultz of Schultz report saying it went well.
Hopefully for Raider Nation, they can get a huge win by hiring Kubiak to pair with Fernando Mendoza. The number one pick in the draft and his skill set are a fit for what Kubiak likes to do as a playcaller. Since he can’t sign until after the Super Bowl, the Silver and Black will have to wait and see if the dream pairing comes to fruition.
