Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija has been upgraded to “Doubtful” to play tomorrow’s game against the Atlanta Hawks, according to the NBA’s 5pm Pacific injury report.
After injuring his back in the waning moments of the Blazers’ loss to the Knicks on Sunday, Avdija sat out against Portland’s loss against the Golden State Warriors.
Jerami Grant has been upgraded to “Questionable” after being listed as “Doubtful” the game before and following 15 missed games due to left Achilles tendinitis.
Several other Blazers players are still out: Scoot Henderson, Matisse Thybulle, Kris Murray, Blake Wesley and Damian Lillard.
Portland will face Atlanta in the Moda Center at 7pm tomorrow, Thu. Jan. 15.
