Tonight’s (Oct. 28) Fright Night episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off with the Death Riders vs. The Last Outfit Cut in a tag team match. The Riders were represented by AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley and that loser Daniel Garcia, while The Cut was represented by Jay White and David Finlay.
If you are anything like me, then as soon you saw the four wrestlers in the match, you probably assumed Garcia was there to take the fall. That’s exactly what happened, but The Cut did need crucial help from stablemates
Ace Austin and Clark Connors to win at the end.
The two factions got into a wild brawl with each other after the match was over, with Claudio Castagnoli serving as a one man wrecking crew to run off AEW’s newest faction.
The segment ended with Mox challenging The Cut to Anarchy in the Arena at the Full Gear pay-per-view on Nov. 14.
The challenge has yet to be accepted as of this writing, but it seems like a formality at this point.
Are you excited to see Death Riders vs. The Cut in Anarchy in the Arena? Whose entrance music should blare throughout the arena for the first half of the match? Will The Cut have a new faction name by the time Full Gear rolls around? Let me know in the comments below, Cagesiders.
