It’s almost schedule release day – and you know what that means! Crazy schedule rumors are already released. Whether it’s a mundane guess about the Houston Texans 2026 schedule, or a wild theory about David Montgomery lobbying to play the Houston Dynamos, one thing is sure: rumors are swirling.
Instead of reading more of my ramblings, let’s ride the rumor wave:
Did someone say “rivalry unis”? Why, yes, yes they did:
Anyone wanna trade in breakfast tacos for fish and chips? The Texans just might be laying-over in London to duke it out for division leader status against the Jacksonville Jaguars:
Then there’s the rumor’ed Week 2 Thursday Night Football game against the Cincinnati Bengals:
Do we host the Baltimore Ravens in week 6? Maybe…
And, one of my favorites, where the Texans trounce the Washington Commanders in the Super Bowl:
Would rather see us trash the Cowboys, but maybe the Commanders can shut them out of the post-season first.
