The Green Bay Packers’ most dominant player of the 2025 season has been pass-rusher Micah Parsons, whom the team traded multiple first-round picks for right before the regular season kicked off. After
injuries to receiver Christian Watson, right tackle Zach Tom and middle linebacker Quay Walker, all starters, Parsons became another victim of a nightmare game against the Denver Broncos when he dropped out of action with a non-contact knee injury.
According to the media in Denver, Parsons didn’t even make a stop at the blue medical tent after his injury and went straight into the locker room. While he was able to walk to the locker room, instead of going on a cart, he had some assistance from the medical staff.
As far as non-contact knee injuries go, you always fear for the worst. That very well could have been the last play that Parsons was on the field for the 2025 Packers.
Without Parsons, Green Bay is down to Rashan Gary, Kingsley Enagbare and Lukas Van Ness at defensive end against the Broncos. Van Ness only played three snaps of defense in the first half, but he was inserted into the lineup after Parsons’ injury.
