The NWSL Players Association (NWSPA) announced the nominees for the ALLY award on Thursday.
The ALLY award was created by players, and the winner is chosen by players. The prize “honors athletes who go
beyond the game to uplift others and inspire change.”
One player is nominated from each of the 14 NWSL teams. The winner will be announced the weekend of the NWSL Championship.
The 14 nominees are:
