Today brings two more head-to-head matchups between cool items. One will advance to the Elite Eight, the other will be bumped from the tournament. Which is which? You get to decide with your votes.
In this post, you get to choose between Guitars and Disney. Both won their first-round matchups, but only one can survive.
Guitars are the lead
instrument of the Rock ‘n Roll revolution, easy to play but difficult to master. You don’t need a lot of space or tons of friends to make music on one. You can just grab a six-string and spend an afternoon noodling anytime you want. The sound is warm and beautiful…or driving and inspirational if you plug into an amp. They’re pretty much the do-everything instrument for a generation of musicians. Let’s face it, ain’t nobody ever wrote, “While My Tuba Gently Weeps”.
But Disney—through cartoon shorts, feature movies, theme parks, kids’ shows, toys, and more—has inspired generations with their storytelling. From Snow White wishing her prince would come someday to Moana kicking butt over cosmic forces, the House of Mouse has taken us on plenty of amazing, meaningful rides.
