His last start was in the Giants’ 6-3 loss to the Diamondbacks last Wednesday, in which he allowed six runs on eight hits with six strikeouts in five innings.

Eduardo Rodriguez, who enters tonight’s game with a 2.24 ERA, 3.65 FIP, with 43 strikeouts to 23 walks in 60.1 innings pitched. His last start was in the Diamondbacks’ 2-1 win over the Colorado Rockies on Thursday, in which he allowed just four hits and a walk with four strikeouts in seven innings.
