The Milwaukee Brewers are set to host the first two games of a best-of-five set in the National League Division Series this weekend, as they’ll face either the San Diego Padres or Chicago Cubs after winning the NL Central for the fourth straight season and clinching the No. 1 overall seed for the second straight season.
MLB announced the game times for the first two games of all four Division Series, with the National League set to play on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4. After an off day on Monday,
the Brewers will travel to either San Diego or Chicago for Game 3 and a potential Game 4 on Tuesday, October 6 and Wednesday, October 7. If a decisive Game 5 is needed, it would be played in Milwaukee on Friday, October 9.
The entire series will be televised on Fox or FS1, depending on the game time/opponent. As of Tuesday, September 29, we have game times set for the first two games in Milwaukee, with the game times for the final three games still listed as TBD for now.
The Brewers went 2-4 against the Padres this season, taking two of three in Milwaukee in May before being swept in a three-game series in August. The Brewers went 9-4 against the Cubs this season, including a 5-2 record in Chicago and a 4-2 record in Milwaukee.
