I bet much of Buccaneers fans — much less the team itself — expected this 2025 Bucs team to be in potential danger of missing the playoffs due to the chance they miss out on winning the NFC South title. But the reality is, at 7-6 and with the Carolina Panthers holding the same
record, the possibility of them missing out on the division championship is very real.
This week, Tampa Bay fans were asked if they will win the division. More than half think they will not.
Bucs fans were also asked if they are confident the team is heading in the right direction. Only 15-percent of fans say they are confident in the team’s direction.
It may not feel like it’s that big of a game, but this Thursday night matchup between the Bucs and Falcons is crucial for Tampa Bay to continue remaining at the top of the division. With three games left after tonight and two of the three against Carolina, this Bucs team cannot afford any slip ups.
