Ebrima Tunkara is making waves at Barcelona after an impressive pre-season with Hansi Flick’s first team ahead of the 2026-27 season.
His performances are not going unnoticed across Europe either and have led to plenty of interest from some of the continent’s biggest teams, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The report states that “most of Europe’s top clubs have already expressed interest in him and are trying to convince him and his family to switch clubs.”
The good news is that Tunkara is only thinking
about Barcelona right now, while the club have already moved to secure his future with an agreement reached earlier this year.
Tunkara is still only 16 but has earned praise from Flick already and is clearly in the Barcelona coach’s thoughts for the future. Indeed there’s been speculation that Flick sees him as a potential future false nine in his team.
The teenager will now head into the new season hoping to build on a strong pre-season and aiming for more opportunities to impress Flick.
