Basketball season is quickly approaching as the NBA will kick off preseason games in early October. Once again this season, the Cats will have quite a few players suiting up for teams across the league, with several looking to make some noise and push for a title.
One of those players who is looking to make another push this season is De’Aaron Fox and the San Antonio Spurs. Heading into his first full season with the Spurs, Fox will look to make some noise in the Western Conference
alongside superstar center Victor Wembanyama. He will also do so rocking a new sneaker that points back to his time in Lexington.
Signed with Under Armour under the Curry Brand, Fox has released a new shoe the “Lexington” Fox 2.
The former Cats continue to have success in the NBA, and it’s always great to see the former UK stars give a shout-out to their time in Lexington. Now let’s hope that the shoe helps push the Spurs and Fox to the playoffs.
