The Phillies will wrap up their series against the Arizona Diamondbacks, as well as their six-game western swing on Sunday afternoon. With the Phillies winning on Friday and the D’Backs taking Saturday’s contest, this one will decide the series.
The Phillies give the ball to Ranger Suarez. The lefty was roughed up against the Diamondbacks when he started against them in May. It was his first start of the season, and he clearly wasn’t in midseason form yet.
The Diamondbacks will have a lefty of their own on the mound in Eduardo Rodriguez. When he faced the Phillies earlier this season, he allowed three runs in 5.1 innings.
