The San Francisco Firebells were victorious against the Boston Hunters in the first round of the Women’s Professional Baseball League’s playoffs! Which means they will be heading on to the Championship Series against whoever won last night’s game between the Los Angeles Queens and New York Heights. (As of the time this is being written, that game has not yet been played.)
The Firebells swept the Hunters, meaning they got an extra day off, and will be well-rested for the upcoming
Championship Series, which starts tomorrow and will be a best-of-five series.
As of right now, they don’t have broadcast information available on their website, but usually the games stream on ESPN+ for domestic fans, and YouTube for international fans. Here’s the schedule for the series:
