Ethan Page reached new heights to become a triple champion at AAA Guerra de Titanes (Dec. 20, 2025). Unfortunately for him, that success only lasted a few seconds.
Page arrived to the show living up to the moniker All Ego with extreme confidence.
Page entered his match holding the NXT North American Championship and the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship (with Chelsea Green). All
Ego challenged El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. for the AAA Latin American Championship. It was a relatively quick match with a controversial finish.
Page bent the rules to twist Wagner’s mask around his head. Wagner couldn’t see, but he sure felt the powerbomb from Page. Kick out on the pin, so Page came up with a new plan. He grabbed the title belt and a wrench. The title belt was bait for the referee to confiscate. Meanwhile, Page pulled out the wrench to whack Wagner in the ribs. Page scored a roll-up and grabbed the tights to secure the pin. New champion!

Mr. Iguana butt in to tattle on Page and expose the sneaky tactics. The referee checked Page’s tights to pull out the wrench. The match was restarted.
Wagner quickly grabbed control for the Wagner Driver to retain the gold in the official victory.
Just like that, Page was knocked down in status to merely a double champion. It sounds like All Ego will take this matter up with the courts. The Undertaker was backstage, and JBL was on commentary. Maybe they can make a ruling in wrestler’s court.
