Purdue is in the state of Washington for a Big Ten game, that’ll never feel normal to me, with the added subplot of their former head football coach Ryan Walters roaming the sidelines (or perhaps sitting
in the press box) for the Huskies. It’s an added element of revenge for the Boilermakers though the vast majority of the team has no affiliation with Ryan Walters after the huge turnaround following his firing. But regardless, Purdue is still out there waiting for their first Big Ten win of the season. If you read the survey results posted last night you’ll know that an astonishing, to me, 28% of fans believe that Purdue can pull off the upset. I didn’t expect those results.
This will be the first time these two teams have met since they became conference foes. It will also be the first time they’ve met since they met in back to back calendar years in bowl games with the 2001 Rose Bowl and the 2002 Sun Bowl. The teams split those games 1-1.
So, without further ado, let’s figure out how and where you can watch this one.
